My name is
Jacob Pierzchala.

I'm a storyteller.
Perhaps you are too.

My story begins in Michigan's lower peninsula, and has taken me across the midwestern U.S., overseas, and back again. In 2012 I received an MFA from Bowling Green State University, where I studied interactive art and photography. Currently, I run a small web development business, and teach art and design at Lansing Community College.

This digital space is home to a variety of my intermedia creations. Through them, I often explore the nature of worldviews and subjective experience. Some of my primary influences include the writings of Ray Kurzweil and Flannery O'Connor, the digital artwork of Erwin Redl and Jason Nelson, and the photography of Paul Strand.

Feel free to explore this place – you just might find something unexpected. And please, send a message if you have a story or project to share.
